At CAMTP – Center for Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, University of Maribor, Slovenia, European Union, a PhD position is open to work on classical and quantum chaos under the supervision of Prof. Marko Robnik, Director of CAMTP and Member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts (Salzburg). The position is for four years, 1 October 2022 – 30 September 2026. The candidate should hold a masters degree in theoretical physics, should reach the average grade of all exams at least 8:00 (on the scale 1-10), and should not be older than 28 years. The position is a full employment funded by the Slovenian Research Agency (ARRS) with a net monthly salary (after taxes and social security contributions) about 1,200 EUR. The candidate will perform research at CAMTP and carry out doctoral studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Maribor.
